1 Mile Run Circuit 10x (30 Air Squats - 20 Push Ups - 10 Pull Ups) 1 Mile Run
1 Mile Run Circuit 20x (15 Air Squats - 10 Push Ups - 5 Pull Ups) 1 Mile Run
Modifications Will Be Provided
Air Squats: Partial depth Squats or Box Squats Push Ups: Wall Push Ups, Knee Supported Push Ups, or Bench Dips Pull Ups: TRX Band Rows, Band Assisted Pull Ups, or Band Pull Downs

ATTENTION ALL GYM MEMBERS: The Murph Challenge is not included in memberships. This is a fundraising event that is held here on May 24th, 2026, in the Fit Lab. Members and non-members can register online to receive official timing on TMC website and event merchandise by making a donation to the LT. Michael P. Murphy Memorial Scholarship Foundation. Free registration is also available in the lobby prior to the event or on the day of the event during the designated check-in period for an unofficial time.
